Timothy Moloney brings his experience as a Retail Executive in the retail industry spanning multiple retail companies. Timothy brings a detailed focus on customer service, determined to exceed the expectations of his clients. Timothy will be an advocate for you the client,   promote your best interest in any real estate transaction. Delivering a client oriented approach, attention to detail, and a collaborative communication relationship is the foundation to his beliefs.

Timothy will be the information resource to ensure you are making well informed decisions, that put your interests first, and place you in the optimal negotiating position.

Timothy will be focusing on the Westchester, and Rockland Markets. He has been a 15-year resident of Westchester and has spent much of his early years growing up in  Congers in Rockland. He spent many years with Congers Valley Cottage Ambulance Corps, and currently serves as a firefighter in the town of Armonk in Westchester.
